iPhone gets AT&T business plans

January 21, 2008

iPhone gets AT&T business plansAT&T business customers can now participate in all the iPhone action the rest of the world has so far been enjoying.

In order to use the iPhone as a business customer, you’ll need a new 2-year contract whether or not you’re a current AT&T customer. Plans break down as follows with unlimited data and visual voicemail included with all:

  • Plan A: 200 SM, $45 MRC.
  • Plan B: 1500 SMS, $55 MRC.
  • Plan C: Unlimited SMS, $65 MRC.

AT&T is also offering $25 per month 20MB and $60 per month 50MB global data plans as additions to the business plans.

Activation and and all that jazz is still done through iTunes, and this would make a great companion to the rumored Lotus Notes for iPhone. But despite the all these great business additions to the phone, the device is still behind Palms, Blackberries, and Windows Mobile devices in the coprorate world. Either way, Happy iPhone shopping business-people!
