Apple plans iPhone SDK "event" in March

By Jonathan Schlaffer

Apple plans iPhone SDK "event" in March The SDK is already running late and speculation has been running rampant about the iPhone SDK and it looks like we’ll be getting some answers soon.  Apple is planning an event for the first week in March and will discuss several items, including the iPhone SDK.

ArsTechnica reports that the company has been sending out invitations to the media for an event taking place on March 6 and the attendees will “learn about the iPhone software roadmap, including the iPhone SDK and some exciting new enterprise features.”

It’s not likely that the SDK will be released at the event but it is going to be discussed.  That’s better than nothing.  Whatever Apple is planning for the SDK it had better do it soon, because, we won’t wait forever.

There’s not much else to speculate about, new MacBooks and MacBook Pros have been released, although, they are not design revisions and if that’s what you want, you’ll have to wait for the next model revisions.

If you ask me, it’s high time that the MacBooks got the aluminum casing that the MacBook Pros have and if not that, maybe a 13″ MacBook Pro.  Come on Apple, even with the new laptops, the line is a little stagnant.
