Thank you bro, it works for my iphone4, damn my iphone black out and i was lost at the moment in time, i called my local mobile service provider and yet they could not provide me with any technical advice, till i did ur advise, hold the on/off button and the home button, and then the apple logo comes alive, any idea why is that so?

my iphone just stays with the apple logo doesnt do anything else i tried to reboot it but it stays the same i also connect to my pc but nothing happends

I need help. I was at work running Pandora. My phone fell about 1.5 feet as I went to grab it to change the station. I picked it up quickly and it was working fine. As the song finished Pandora stopped (as it has done before), so I went to re-enter the app and the phone was off. I tried everything to turn it back on and it doesn’t work. I’m at work, but if I go home and plug it into my computer, will it resolve itself? Has this happened to anyone else?
