have2p helps you find relief…

By Ronald O Carlson

Necessity is the mother of invention and she can be a rather belligerent shall we say individual when nature calls and civilization doesn’t provide for an immediate expression of the need. Perhaps with that mental picture in mind AT&T Interactive R&D created have2p for iPhone (App Store), an application that knows where you are and, hopefully, the quickest avenue to relief.

Here are some features:

• Restroom locator
• Auto-detect current location
• Scan for patrons only, changing tables
• View location on a map
• Flags for businesses with no public restrooms
• Edit restroom info

Of course, for the GPS bit to work, you need a 3G iPhone. Otherwise, iPhone users will need an active 3G, EDGE or Wi-Fi connection, and iPod touch users should be within the footprint of a hotspot.

Is nature calling, nay, baying for immediate and unconditional release? Now, there’s an app for that, too.
