Body Fitness Free: Body Fitness is a log that will help you keep track of your weight, what exercises you do each day, how many reps you do and so on. A handy way to keep track of your progress as your try to get in shape.

Calorie Counter: This app will allow you to keep track of how many calories you have consumed in a day, how many you’ve burned from just about every activity you can think of and more. It also includes a diary calender, a weight tracker and a lot more.

Fitness Pro: Fitness Pro shows you all of the exercises in pictures and will suggest workouts to you or let you build your own program so you can build a workout that better suits your needs.

Lose It!: Lost It! allows you to track all of your calorie activity through out the day, including both food you eat and any exercise you may do. You can set a daily “budget” for yourself and see how much you have left over when you want a treat of some kind. You can also add friends so you can encourage each other along the way to your goal.

Restaurant Nutrition: A handy application for looking up the nutritional information on various items available at national restaurant chains. Very handy for when you’re dining out while dieting.

RunKeeper Free: With RunKeeper Free, you can use your iPhone’s GPS receiver to keep track of your running route and it will track your progress, tell you your speed, how many calories you’ve burned and so on. When you’re all done for the day your information will be uploaded to the RunKeeper Web site for you to keep track of your progress.

SixPack App FREE: While the free versions of apps usually are pretty limited, this one offers a tremendous amount of information on various exercises, the muscle groups they target, mistakes to avoid and so on. There are also full workout suggestions for all levels of training expertise.

Target WEIGHT: Set your target weight and then enter your weight each day to watch your progress, keep track of how long until your goal, how many pounds to lose and so on.

Virtual Trainer: Virtual Trainer has 120 programs that range from 6 to 60 minutes in length and target whichever part of your body it is that you are looking to work on. You can also pick styles such as cardio, sprint training, boxing and more.

Your Ideal Weight: Your Ideal Weight will help you calculate your ideal weight for your height and also your BMI (Body Mass Index). While these numbers aren’t perfect if you are a body builder, pregnant woman and other special cases, they can be helpful in setting your goals.

I cannot find Lose it on my ipod touch on itunes. Has it been removed? If so is there anything else that’s as good as that? thanks.
