A bit of rebranding and updated feature set in an app that’s Retina Display ready. Moreover, this isn’t a universal app — it has been built specifically for the iPhone and iPod touch, not the iPad.

A market research company is out with the news that if Verizon was able to sell the iPhone handset from Apple, more than half (51 percent to be exact) of their subscribers would opt for an iPhone.

The latest patch (iOS4 4.0.2) is out, but it apparently does not completely stop the jailbreaking of all Iphones, despite having filled much of the armor chink left by the infamous hacker Comex.
