iPhone, iPod Touch to get new applications through iTunes Store Apple is all set to release the SDK (Software Development Kit) for the iPhone which will enable many more third party applications.  The SDK includes key components that enable the iPhone to function; which is necessary for application development.  Since the iPhone and iPod Touch are similar, the SDK should work for both.

AT&T offering refurbished iPhones for $199 with new activations It seems that there are still some refurbished iPhones that Apple and AT&T would like to be rid of but the offer is rather limited. AT&T will be selling refurbished 4GB and 8GB iPhones for $199 and $249, respectively; with new activations. The offer is good at AT&T stores in the New England area.

Apple plans iPhone SDK "event" in March The SDK is already running late and speculation has been running rampant about the iPhone SDK and it looks like we’ll be getting some answers soon.  Apple is planning an event for the first week in March and will discuss several items, including the iPhone SDK.

iPhone SDK delayed by "two to three weeks" Those wishing for an official developer kit for the iPhone by the end of this month are going to be disappointed.  Word on the street is that the developer kit will be delayed by at least two weeks, perhaps longer.
