How to manage email on your iPhone to preserve disk space While email doesn’t take up a commanding presence on the iPhone 3G, the first-generation iPhone is a different story- especially those sporting only 4GB of disk space.  With the amount of music, photos, videos, etc. we load on our iPhones, conserving disk space in any way is more beneficial than you might think.  Email is the perfect starting point to conserving the ever-so-precious storage space.

Flash player coming to the iPhone  Doubtful- only if Apple approves At Adobe’s recent “Flash On The Beach” event, a senior exec. finally confirmed that a team at Adobe was “currently developing a Flash player for the iPhone.”  Before you get to excited, it’s still up to Apple whether the player will actually make its way into a future firmware update, given the many reasons Apple might not want it in the first place.

iPhone hogging AT&T's 3G network, delays Blackberry Bold The launch of the highly anticipated Blackberry Bold was delayed yet another month- being scheduled for a November launch instead of October.  A likely reason being AT&T wasn’t at all ready to handle the influx of 3G data usage that the iPhone brought.

New data suggests AT&T and other carriers at fault for iPhone 3G problems While it was widely speculated that the 3G chip installed in the iPhone was the cause of some ill-fated owner’s connection problems, some new data coming from Wired.com is stating the exact opposite.  A study is showing that AT&T and other wireless carriers around the world are to blame for the issues, not the device itself.

Latest iPhone 3G firmware update didn't work, causing even more problems Apple’s latest firmware update, 2.0.1, seems to have caused more problems than it was worth.  Users are reporting that even though dropped calls and slow data access seem to have been curbed for the time being, other problems are now arising that are worse than the ones the update was suppose to fix in the first place.

HSBC may drop Blackberry to opt for iPhone, would only need 200,000 The banking giant is going over the idea of possibly dropping its Blackberrys to switch over to iPhones for its employees.  If they make the move, it could result in a order larger than 200,000 units for Apple, the largest single order to date.
